Cancellation and Refund Policy – DD Travel
1. Cancellations
- Excursions and Transfers: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.
- Hotels: Subject to each hotel’s policy, communicated at booking. Non-refundable bookings or those canceled outside the allowed timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
- Flights and Cruises: Governed by the airline or cruise line’s policies.
2. Refunds
- Issued only for eligible cancellations or if DD Travel cancels due to operational or weather-related reasons.
- Processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
3. Booking Changes
- Excursions and Transfers: Free changes up to 48 hours before, subject to availability.
- Hotels, Flights, and Cruises: Subject to provider policies and may incur additional fees.
4. No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for failure to appear at the designated time and location.
5. Force Majeure
DD Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
