1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Excursions and Transfers:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date are non-refundable.

1.2. Hotel Bookings:

  • Cancellation policies for hotels depend on the specific terms of each hotel and will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Non-refundable bookings or those canceled within the hotel’s stated time frame will not be eligible for a refund.

1.3. Flights and Cruises:

  • Flight and cruise cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective airlines or cruise lines.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the ticket type and the terms provided at booking.

2.1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations as per the conditions stated above.
  • Refunds may also be issued if the service is canceled by DD Travel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational issues.

2.2. Processing Time:

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

2.3. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Certain discounted or promotional services may be marked as non-refundable. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1. Excursions and Transfers:

  • Date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the service at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Changes requested less than 48 hours before the service may not be accommodated.

3.2. Hotels, Flights, and Cruises:

  • Changes are subject to the policies of the respective service provider and may involve additional fees.

4. No-Shows

4.1. If you fail to show up at the designated time and location for your excursion, transfer, or other booked services, no refunds will be issued.


5. Force Majeure

5.1. DD Travel is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
